Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Nuwave Studios, including studio bookings, recording, mixing, mastering, and any related services. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
Booking & Payments

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 25%–50%) is required to confirm all bookings.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session, prior to the start of the booking.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and debit/credit cards. Payment must be cleared before any work is released.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no extra cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in loss of the deposit.

Studio Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either a full refund or a new session date at no extra charge.
Session Rules

Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Sessions will start and end at the booked time. Late arrivals may result in reduced studio time without compensation.

Guests: You may bring a limited number of guests with prior notice. You are responsible for their behavior during the session.

Conduct: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior. Sessions may be terminated without refund if these rules are broken.

Prohibited Items: No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
Files, Deliverables & Revisions

Turnaround Time: Delivery of rough mixes, final mixes, and/or mastered files will typically be within 3–7 business days unless otherwise agreed.

File Delivery: Files are delivered digitally via WeTransfer, Dropbox, or other agreed methods.

Revisions: One (1) round of basic revisions is included unless stated otherwise. Additional revisions may incur a charge.

Storage: We will keep your project files for 30 days after your session. After that, we may delete them unless you've arranged long-term storage.
Ownership & Rights

Client Content: All original content recorded by you remains your intellectual property.

Studio Productions: If Nuwave Studios provides any beats, compositions, or production services, ownership and licensing terms must be discussed and agreed in writing.

Promotional Use: With your permission, Nuwave Studios may share small clips or photos from your session for portfolio and promotional use.
Liability & Responsibility

Damage: Any intentional damage to studio equipment caused by the client or their guests will be charged to the client.

Loss or Theft: Nuwave Studios is not responsible for any personal items lost or stolen during your session.

Injury: Nuwave Studios is not liable for any injuries sustained while on the premises.
Confidentiality
We treat all sessions and material with the highest level of confidentiality. We will not share your content with anyone without your written consent.
Force Majeure
Nuwave Studios shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond our control (e.g. power cuts, illness, fire, government restrictions).
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request or via our website.
