Refund Policy

At Nuwave Studios, we strive to provide a high-quality experience and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for studio bookings and services.

Deposits

 

  • Non-Refundable: All deposits made to secure a booking are strictly non-refundable.
     

  • Rescheduling: If a client gives at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit can be transferred to a new session date once, at no additional cost.

 

Full Payments & Cancellations

 

Client Cancellations:

 

  • More than 24 hours' notice: Eligible for rescheduling or partial refund (minus the deposit).
     

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund will be issued. Clients may lose their full payment depending on how close to the session the cancellation is.
     

  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their session without notice will not be eligible for any refund.

 

Studio Cancellations

 

If Nuwave Studios must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, technical issues), clients will be offered:

 

  •  A full refund, or​

  • The option to reschedule at no extra cost.

 

Services Rendered

 

  • Once a session has taken place or a service has been delivered (e.g. recording, mixing, mastering), no refunds will be issued for time used or work already completed.

  • If the client is unhappy with the final product, we offer one (1) round of minor revisions as standard. Further edits may incur additional fees.

 

Digital Products & Files

 

  • Due to the nature of digital audio files, once files have been delivered (e.g. final mix, stems, masters), refunds are not available.

  • Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files. We do not issue refunds for expired download links or lost files after the 30-day storage period.

 

Custom Projects & Production Work

 

  • Custom work such as beat production, podcast editing, or commissioned projects are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • If a client cancels a custom project after work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus the time already spent and any associated costs.

 

Disputes
